2. We also can provide you services on logistic, such as delivery follow- up, warehousing, storage, ocean/air freighting and consolidation.

3. The technical team of NiRo in both Taiwan and China, it is an experienced team which can provide you great support or back up on
technical matters, like sourcing, packaging, developing, processing, testing, and quality assurance.

How We Can Work Together

1. NiRo would become the buying agent, trading office for you
that you are currently manufacturing, sourcing, buying from
Taiwan or China. The compensation to NiRo could be
commission base, as both we agree to the commission rate.

2. NiRo will focus on your business, continue to invest people,
instruments, and facilities to meet the needs of mutual growth
in long-run. We will NOT work with other customers which may
compete with you in the market, or unless agree by tual parties.

3. NiRo is responsible for all the manufacturing, delivery and
puality in both Taiwan and China. We can work out an annual-
fix-rate to cover our expense on human, traveling, lodging,
communication expenses.
